Acceptance of Terms

By creating a btu99 account, accessing the platform as a guest, placing a bet, making a deposit, or claiming a bonus, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions as currently published on the btu99 website. These T&C form the entire agreement between you and btu99 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede any prior representations, warranties, or agreements whether written or oral.

If btu99 makes material changes to these T&C, reasonable notice will be provided on the platform before those changes take effect. Your continued use of btu99 after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated T&C. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

Eligibility

To register and use a btu99 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting in your jurisdiction.
• You are registering only one account in your own name and on your own behalf.
• You are not registering from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law.

Account Registration and Verification

When registering a btu99 account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. You must keep this information up to date throughout your use of the platform. btu99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control.
• You must not use a false identity, a name that is not your own, or a mobile number registered to another person.
• Verification documents may be required before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure and is applied consistently to all accounts.
• btu99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the identity of the account holder cannot be satisfactorily verified.

Players are responsible for the security of their account login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact btu99 customer support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. btu99 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain the security of their login details.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

btu99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players. All payment transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following general conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on btu99:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to the player's account balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment processor.
• Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with btu99 support. btu99 charges no platform fees on withdrawals.
• Players must only deposit using payment methods that are registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. btu99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

btu99 is not responsible for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by the player's mobile network operator or payment service provider. If a deposit or withdrawal is significantly delayed, players should contact their payment provider first before raising a support ticket with btu99.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

btu99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses for new players, reload bonuses, cashback programmes and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms displayed at the time the offer is made:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiple for each offer is stated in the offer terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses by registering duplicate accounts constitute a breach of these T&C and will result in account closure.
• btu99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to an account and accepted by the player will not be retroactively cancelled unless fraud or a breach of T&C is detected.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the same wagering requirements as standard bonuses unless the offer terms state otherwise. Free spins awarded without a deposit requirement expire within the period stated in the specific offer terms.

Responsible Gaming

btu99 is committed to responsible gaming and provides all account holders with tools to manage their gaming activity. btu99 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. The following responsible gaming features are available to every player directly from their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gaming is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended and no deposits, withdrawals or gameplay are permitted.
• Reality check reminders: Players may activate session duration reminders that notify them of how long they have been playing. These reminders appear at intervals set by the player and are designed to encourage mindful play.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btu99 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the btu99 platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Using the platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that is fraudulent, deceptive, or in violation of applicable law.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error will be considered void.

btu99 employs fraud detection systems that monitor platform activity in real time. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited activities will be suspended pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these T&C, the account will be permanently closed and all funds will be forfeited.

Intellectual Property

All content on the btu99 platform — including but not limited to the btu99 brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, text content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of btu99 or is used under licence from the relevant rights holders. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display , modify or create derivative works from any btu99 content without express prior written permission from btu99. Unauthorised use of btu99 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

btu99 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btu99 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. btu99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall btu99 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. btu99's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

btu99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, btu99 will publish a notice on the platform and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these T&C periodically. Your continued use of btu99 following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with the updated T&C, please discontinue use of the platform and contact support to request account closure.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&C or your use of the btu99 platform shall first be addressed through btu99's customer support team. Players are encouraged to raise any concerns or complaints directly with btu99 support in the first instance, as most issues can be resolved quickly through that channel. btu99 aims to respond to all formal complaints within five business days.
